Q: I want to get the best tickets to see the best tenor in the world, where can I find pre-sale codes? 

A:  Follow Andrea Bocelli on Facebook & Instagram, where pre sale codes for each tour will be announced.  You can also sign up for our mailing list to receive pre codes and special offers for Andrea Bocelli’s USA tour.

Q: I purchased tickets to see Andrea Bocelli but can’t find my tickets.

A: You should have received a confirmation email after purchasing your tickets from Ticketmaster (or the relevant Ticket provider).  Please locate that email (please check your spam folders) and follow the instructions provided.  If you have trouble locating this email and your tickets, you can email us for help at events@gelbpro.com

Q:  I purchased tickets to an Andrea Bocelli pre show VIP Event. I’m super excited, but I don’t know what to do now.

A:  The VIP 1 ITALIAN DINNER experience will begin 2 hours before the ticketed show time. VIP 2 WINE TASTING experience will begin when general doors (times varies per city) VIP Event instructions with complete details will be sent by the venue to the email you provided when purchasing the tickets approximately 48 hours prior to the show.  Please be sure to check your spam folders.  If you do not receive instructions within 24 hours of your show date, please email us at events@gelbpro.com

Q:  I bought tickets to see the world’s most romantic voice, but now I can’t go.I do not want them to go to waste. Is there a way for me to give someone else the opportunity to use them?

A:  Tickets are not refundable, however you can legally resell your tickets for most shows on Ticketmaster or similar resale platforms.  

Q:  I know so many people who love Andrea Bocelli, and we all want to go to a show together.  How do we buy discounted group tickets.
